Tara left us and this world on 11/11/2007, at the age of 12.5 years old. She had an undiagnosed blockage which ultimately was her demise. We are so thankful to have had these past 12 years with Tara, and are blessed to have the puppies that she produced for us. We will meet again...
Arras won the UDC 2007 National Championship IPO trial! Judged by Roar Kjnostad of Norway, the UDC Nationals was held in Decatur Illinois this past May. Arras won with a score of 87-86-91p, and also landed High OB, High Protection, High HOT and High IPO III! Pictures will be posted soon! Check out a slide show of some fantastic shots by Cindy Noland here. This will end Arras' schutzhund career at 7.5 years old. We will probably continue in AKC obedience and tracking and try to get more titles there. It's been a GREAT RIDE with Arras - he's been the most fun, the most willing, and my most successful doberman to date!
Quinna vom Aurachgrund has joined the Rasmussen family! DOB: 4/24/2007. She'll be keeping her ears and tail as that's how she came to me from Germany! Pictures will be posted soon, along with her own web page. Many thanks to Sibylle and Werner Strobel - they have been fantastic throughout!
Arras von Moeller Hof was bred to Josiah's Saving Grace, CDX, TD, RN, RA (VCX-1) in October, 2006. 4 pups were born on 12/23/2006. 2 Black males, 1 Black Female and 1 Red Female. So much for me thinking he was dominant black!
